Hi, I'm Danielle. I'm a mom, former art teacher, designer and home owner who LOVES to decorate, save money and tell the world about it blog.
- I have always loved decorating, going to thrift stores, and re-purposing things even when I was young. My first job was at TJ Maxx- yeah baby!
- I received an degree in Art Education from BYU with a minor in psychology.
- I emphasized in sculpture, and loved it!
- I taught middle school art for 2 years (what was I thinking)? J/K It was hard and I learned a lot.
- I was also the lead design consultant and furniture sales person at a furniture store.
- I helped stage the store showroom, pick out showroom furniture.
- I also enjoyed helping clients pick out furniture and going to their home for more in depth design and staging. SO loved this job!!
What's Happenin Now?
I am a stay at home mom with three beautiful girls and a wonderful helpful husband. Living the dream. We purchased our first home in July 2009 and I am in heaven. I have done so many things and have so many plans, it never ends. I am a huge Dave Ramsey fan too. We paid off hubs hefty MBA bills in 2 years! It feels great!
